Los Angeles Community College District

The Los Angeles Community College District, the largest community college district in the United States and one of the largest in the world, covers over 880 square miles. SSA developed barrier mitigation designs for 5 of the District’s campuses. For each building and facility, SSA ascertained what programs, services and activities were offered; and SSA’s field surveyors considered barriers to facility access architecturally and programmatically.
