2021 – A Perfect Opportunity
We all intended to breath a collective sigh of relief when we moved on from 2020.
But best intentions are often cut short.
The news during the first week of the new year was an attack on our sensibilities.
This is now the perfect opportunity to pause and tune in to one’s basic needs and doing what’s right.
As the leader of my firm, now in its 41st year, I owe it to my staff to support them fully as they are the backbone of the firm.
I owe it to SSA’s clients to express, more often, our appreciation for their belief in the firm’s abilities, our acknowledgement that they have embraced the mission of advancing the importance of the ADA in their communities and how important their camaraderie is to the buoyancy of SSA’s staff.
It is the perfect opportunity to practice, and, in essence, model the best of what we hope for one another.
It is the perfect opportunity to be sure that we never miss an opportunity to express the value that each and every individual brings to their interactions with SSA.
SSA is not an island.
SSA thrives because many others join with us every day to do the hard and necessary work.
Now is the perfect opportunity to say thank you.
