California Lottery Headquarters

SSA conducted ADA site inspections of all exterior and interior paths of travel for the 14-acre, 300,000 sq ft Lottery headquarters complex in Sacramento. SSA identified code deviations and prepared a report listing all identified access barriers including location on floor and site plans, as-built measurement, applicable ADA codes and CCR Title 24. A proposed solution with cost estimate was included, and prioritization of barrier removal based on severity, location, and frequency of use.
