Real Estate Services Division (RESD)

SSA created the original access survey checklists now used by the State of California Real Estate Services Division to evaluate all state leased facilities; and SSA trained their staff on its use. RESD is a full-service real estate organization that fulfills state agencies’ facility and real property needs, an organization within the DSA. The comprehensive manual and checklist, “Preliminary Design Access Compliance Plan Review of New Construction Projects” was originally published in 2003.
