Access Surveys and Upgrades

For their Bond Program, SSA provided school site audits, coordinating with the construction management teams at each campus. SSA monitored the on-going bond projects for ADA compliance, reviewed the Division of the State Architect (DSA)-approved bid sets, and provided the District with accessibility punch-lists. The resulting reports provided the framework to determine the cause of deficiencies, whether contractor error, inadequate information on documents, or other causes.
