S.F. Trails Bus System, S.F. Ride Paratransit Services

Santa Fe Trails, the City’s transit agency, operates eight bus routes across the City.  As part of the City’s Transition Plan update,SSA completed a detailed review of the Santa Fe Trails Bus System and paratransit services, an alternative mode of flexible passenger transportation that doesn’t follow fixed routes or schedules. SSA produced a report to achieve compliance with Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act. Public outreach was coordinated through the Mayor’s Committee on Disability.
