SSA has assisted the City of Richmond with a comprehensive update of its ADA Self-Evaluation and Transition Plan. This includes a thorough review and upgrade of the City’s Emergency Management Plan. SSA also assisted the Richmond City Attorney’s Office with an ongoing settlement agreement pertaining to City-wide ADA issues. By identifying items to be included into recurring maintenance work schedules, SSA reduced the City’s ongoing investments in ADA compliance by synchronizing barrier mitigation with management programs. SSA is now providing ADA training for the City.
