SSA’s experience reflects a broad range of service levels required by our clients regarding project delivery methods. SSA has experience working with various construction project delivery methods from the traditional Design-Bid-Build methodology to Design-Build and Lease Leaseback as well as Fast Track.

SSA has served in a consulting capacity on very large correctional projects that utilized a Lease-Leaseback delivery model. The valuation of these projects ranged from $650 million to $1 billion.
