Orientation for Self-Evaluation Team

SSA trains your staff to review and evaluate their organization’s existing policies and procedures for the Self-Evaluation process, required under Title II of the ADA. Findings and recommendations are based on staff evaluations and responses, and a work plan is developed for improving access for persons with disabilities.  These include not only physical access at facilities, programs, services and activities, but policies and guidance documents pertaining to these successful implementation.
