A tablet-based digitized survey interface allows for the expedited compilation of photographs with applicable ADA standards/building codes and as-built measurements in preparing detailed polling-site reports. SSA’s team has surveyed 100+ sites on a single polling day during presidential elections, mid-term elections and special elections for large counties and/or polling districts. SSA’s EZ-way survey tool allows for all recorded data to be exported into a tabulation spreadsheet, along with a separate “categorization” report. SSA also provides a comprehensive architectural perspective in conjunction with accessibility expertise.
