Database Use

Maintaining an accurate and comprehensive database is essential to successfully manage, implement and update an organization’s accessibility reports or Transition Plan. Our time-tested SSA EZ-Way Database is the backbone of our ADA assessments, notable for its ease of use, reliability, and intuitive report-generation capabilities and user interface. Our proprietary database management system allows field data to be collected and checked for compliance with federal, state, government and local standards.  Barriers to access are identified, all pertinent details captured in digital photography, and reports formulated “on the fly.” Current costs for barrier mitigation are seamlessly integrated to ensure the accuracy of unit and cumulative cost estimates. Training for data entry into the database is designed for accuracy and error-trapping.
