Cascades Transit Bus Stops

SSA conducted field surveys of Transit Center and bus stops within public rights-of-way, including the collection and documentation of each element found to be inaccessible and potentially hazardous to persons with disabilities.  ADA Compliance Review for Cascades East Transit, formerly Bend Area Transit (BAT) included 182 bus stops, route identification and signage requirements,  the Hawthorne Transit Center , the evaluation of Policies, Procedures and Practices for compliance with  applicable federal regulations, and  review of Grievance Procedures.
