Andre-Boudin Bakeries, Inc. retained SSA to analyze and evaluate access compliance issues for the Boudin Bakery located within the food court at Macy’s Store in Union Square, San Francisco. Specific issues that were addressed included aisle width between the point-of-sale station (POS) counter and the bread rack, and the placement of the Macy’s register on the shelf below the POS counter.
