Fairmont Miramar Hotel Santa Monica

SSA was retained as an expert to conduct an accessibility survey and analysis of the disabled access site arrival points at the Hotel. The evaluation included the valet parking operation, the self parking spaces at the main entrance, the pedestrian path of travel, and the secondary passenger loading and unloading zone, and identified deviations from state and federal disabled access regulations for new construction. A proposed solution and a construction cost estimate were included.
