Kaiser Permanente

SSA conducted plan reviews of three Kaiser Permanente Health facilities: Antioch (3 buildings), San Rafael (1 building), and Modesto (2 buildings). SSA completed access compliance plan reviews in accordance with the ADA Accessibility Standards, the Uniform Federal Accessibility Standards, and Title 24 A report listed all barriers found, using the California Access Compliance Plan Review Check List, and a summary of findings. Barriers were identified on plan andADA violations enumerated, which included drop off and access into the building, with parking, ramps, curb ramps, and height changes; interior routes with floor surfaces, door requirements and way-finding; plus services with elevators, toilet rooms and showers. Other items reviewed were laboratorie, liibraries and furnishings.
