Design Review and Access Inspection

SSA conducted site inspections, plan analysis and design review on 1,000,000 sq. ft. at San Francisco’s Embarcadero Center in accordance with Title III of the Americans with Disability Act (ADA), the ADA Accessibility Guidelines (ADAAG), and Title 24 of the California Code of Regulation (T-24). SSA analyzed the way-finding system in the office complex and determined location and types of additional directional signage necessary to effectively guide visitors to the various destinations.
